news papers scanning for job openings, Have regular contacts with
friends inside companies so that you will get instant information of
any internal movements, Thoroughly scan the job sites and It company
web sites for any new openings that they publish, even if you can

who is looking for job. Let’s guide him step by step on technical
skills, communication skills, educate him on his skills set, enhance
his personality, presentation skill, confidence level. All we need
to do is to select someone from the same skill set as of us and then

to be a best fit for job at the present market scenario. Just ten
minutes a day or few hours during week end if we spend concentrating
