To justify cost to company all it needs is multidimensional ultimate skill set with cutting edge education and certificates in one hand and flawless expertise in the other hand.

1. Prepare an ultimate a next generation resume : Now rather than preparing resume with only one kind of skill set, design it to cover an end to end skill set. The other day a multibillion IT giant company conducted interview for the position of a tester. Within two days about one lakh resumes flooded the inbox ( including eligible resumes and irrelevant resumes too ). All the resumes had skill set matching just to the requirement, except few. These few resumes had end to end skill set ( Skills with expertise starting from Requirement gathering till Delivery and post implementation phases ). Surprising the company higher management decided to take all these eleven candidates against just one vacancy after a thorough validation of their knowledge in the interview. Internally the company decided to lay off one hundred of it’s employees who are on bench. These eleven candidates were offered salary more than double of their expectation.

6. Each one adopt one : Each and every IT professional who are in Job, please come forward to adopt a job onlooker. Adopting means let us be a mentor or buddy for someone who is looking for job. Let’s guide him step by step on technical skills, communication skills, educate him on his skills set, enhance his personality, presentation skill, confidence level. All we need to do is to select someone from the same skill set as of us and then fixing schedules with him during weekends to start on building him to be a best fit for job at the present market scenario. Just ten minutes a day or few hours during week end if we spend concentrating on one job onlooker then his career will be made.
