- Constructed by Kalinga Cultural Trust on a 3000 square yard plot.
- Complex with Main temple and Ganesh, Hanuman, Sri Laxmi, Shiva and Birmala temples.
- Three gates on east, north and south leads to the sanctum sanctorum .
- Shikhara (temple tower) is 84 feet tall.
- The construction of the temple started back in 2006 and completed in March 2008.
- Interiors of the temple are adorned with a theme-based on the ‘Rath Yatra.’
- Deities namely Lord Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra made up of Purest Neem wood.
- The walls are embellished with exquisite carvings incorporating figurines of deities both on the exterior and interior.

The temple has four halls:
• The main Deul ( enshrining the deities )
• Jagamohana ( Gathering hall for devotees )
• Nata mandir (hall for music and dance)
• Bhoga mandir (outermost hall for having food )
