Respected Devotees, After the spectacular week end experiences of
Prince dance group winning and Mega success bash of Ganesh puja
2009, with blessings of Lord Ganesha let us swing back to our
primary objective. Let us do sri ganesh to our final phase of Sri
Jagannath Temple construction. Let us put all our effort to complete
this mega structured spiritual and divine industry. Here after let
us be extremely concentric, systematic, processed, focused,
attentive and prompt to our ultimate goal. We can bring in a Six
Sigma flavored value to our present process and work together on a
fire fighting mode till we complete this temple.
On a cool note : let us think Now we have remaining last 5 overs of
the game with required strike rate of 10 and no one else to bat. So
guys imagine yourself as Yuvraj & Gautam Gambhir and let us strike
out those tricky classic master shots to win this challenge.
To Do :
• A dedicated team responsible to design strategy and plan out for
door to door campaigning, monthly collection plans, Hundi and
receipt book management, identifying rich and business tycoons and
schedule meetings, plan for inter and intra community campaign,
coordinate with donation campaigns and administer the revenue
generated.
• One set of guys should take care of how to spread and campaign for
Sri Jagannath Culture in the society so that people from across the
society can be convinced towards Sri Jagannath culture. This group
should plan for cultural campaign thru net, news letter, mails, SMSs,
leaflets, hoardings, banners, wallpapers etc. Also identify Involve
veterans who have expertise in similar campaigns ever.
• They should take care of weekly or monthly news letter from Temple
Administration, audience being all devotees, donors, society and
community. Let us be more transparent in our accounts. On a monthly
basis let us show our monthly revenue generation and expenditure
detailed to each and every expense. Thus we can quarantine any
rumors floating in air.
• One set of guys will be required for initiating a small scale
library inside the temple and preserving Spiritual Books, articles,
materials, artifacts and notes.
• All detailed information regarding card swipe machine are
gathered. Someone needs to follow up these till installation.
Simultaneously we request Sponsors for all non construction
expenditures … to ensure all revenue gathered for construction goes
towards only construction related activities. Trim all non
construction expenditures to ensure revenue consumption.
• Let us also gather information about all the good processes and
best practices at other temples and spiritual organizations and find
feasibility of the same to be implemented here in our temple. For
example Suppose we the food service management system is good at Sri
Satya Sai ashram or the crowd management system is excellent at Sri
Ravi Shankar Art of Living ashram or accounts management is very
transparent at Balaji temple, then let us learn their end to end
process and implement the same here.
Let us show the rest of the world that we have strikeout the word
