Inaugural edition of
Quarterly Magazine on behalf of Sri Jagannath Temple :
We are planning to commence release of a quarterly magazine that will justify our face value. We appreciate all of you to please get involved in this drive. Let’s think of a name for this magazine that will best suit to Lord Jagannath’s social life style and cultural richness. We request everyone to please come up with unique ideas to make this first edition a memory for ever. The first edition copy should be worth of being appreciated world over. Let’s do it.

Let’s make the first edition of this magazine an outstanding one. I suggest, let it not be more than 30 pages with

- > A brief editorial note from Sri Jagannath Temple, depicting what is our objective behind making this temple, our future road map and plans on desk.

- > A content page as usual

- > Around 10 articles each being max of a page or two. Articles can be from areas of Sri Jagannath Culture, Importance of Lord Jagannath in modern society, Cultural heritage of orissa, some thing that can attract young generation towards Sri Jagannath culture, Some unique experience with Lord Jagannath. I my self have planned to contribute one article on "Experience of Lord Jagannath in the current society"

- > Around 5 poems or bhajans or Slokas

- > Few rare snaps of Lord Sri Jagannath Temple chronologically from the time of Bhoomi puja, completion of ground floor , first roofing, second roofing, Stone carving stc.

- > Two group snaps ( one snap will be of the people who are involved in making the temple since years, another wide screen group snap of our pioneer life members ). These snap will be our priceless memories for ever. We will also put a framed, laminated life size of life member’s snaps in either sides of the temple after it’s completion.

We also request here by to people from different wings and span of society to contribute articles, or self written poems, songs or bhajans. These artifacts will be scrutinized by all the authors and the best of the ones will be placed in the first edition.
