Believe it or not. It seems as if in India there are more engineering colleges than the number of cities & villages. We have more than 10 lakh BE or MCA freshers flushing into the market each academic year and if they get your email Id some how then your inbox answers. Here comes a mitigation plan for it.

A centralized online dashboard of stream, percentage, Yr of passing, skill set and contact details.

The Issue here :

1. Tons of unwanted or irrelevant resumes floods into inboxes of IT professionals, this not only tampers one’s irritation but also reduces his interest to help job searching people.
2. Few resumes that come to office network might not have got corrupted and thus adds to a possible virus threat.
3. We may wish to suggest a lot of ideas, plans, proper approaches or strategies to the job searching fresher community, but we may lack a proper platform.
4. We lack a proper platform where in all career details of job searching people will be crystal clear and transparent to all.

Mitigation plan :

1. First of all let’s collect the email IDs of HOD or principal or group ID of final year batch from engineering colleges that delivers BE and MCA fresher to market. Send the IDs to onlineprofiles@gmail.com. Subject : <College Name>_contact.
2. Then we will communicate to HOD or Principals of colleges in Orissa to send us an excel format of fresher’s details as required in a systematic manner.
3. Those details will be available at web portal hosted as http://onlineprofile.50webs.com and the link will be communicated among all of us and among recruiters and HRs of companies.
4. Any one among the recruiters if will be looking for fresher will no more send mails to only their friends, but will filter out the required candidates from this portal and will send the job details to only those email ids.

Benefits :

1. This web site is very similar to an excel sheet with each row depicting a candidates name, skill set, experience, contact details, email Id and links to down load respective resumes.
2. This site also will be accompanied with a search engine but as of now we have incorporated with script for sorting the tables to ease your filtration needs.
3. This central repository will be updated with every ones resumes and details by us in a daily basis.
4. Any one among us who would be looking for candidates for any job opening in their company can directly go to that site and contact.
5. So no more resume attached mail circulations, inbox flooding, spamming and hiff huffs. A near perfect solution to every one's problem.
6. So if you are looking for a job change just send your Name, Skill Set, Experience, Company, Email ID, Cell Number, Qualification, Current Location to onlineprofiles@gmail.com 
7. This will minimize the flow of resumes among inboxes and thus help reduce job searching people tampering some one's patience.
8. This will also provide a media for sharing information so instantly that trouble which one faces, no one should face again.
9. It also provides a common platform for neutralizing the needs, issues and problems of few people with favors, resolutions and mitigations of others.
