Committee (OPC) takes immense pleasure while encouraging the
next level of social bonding and fraternity among Odiyas and Non-
Odiyas in Bangalore, by announcing the formation of its Sport Wing
(OPCSW) and organizing the Odisha Premier League (OPL) T20
Championship cricket tournament in Bangalore for the first time ever
starting from 26th January to 20th February 2011.
The idea of forming a dedicated Sports Wing and formally conducting
sports operations came from many youth IT professionals, who have
been organizing various cricket tournaments across Bangalore. 20
teams have been selected through qualifying matches from among more
than 35 teams for this prestigious mega championship.
OPCSW is
glad to invite you and your near and dear ones to come along, watch
the exciting matches, encourage the players and be a part of this
mega event and enjoy the nail biting matches.
OPCSW
extends a heartfelt invitation to you to celebrate the republic day
this year when the Odisha Premier League (OPL) would be inaugurated
by the chief guest, Mr MK Agarwal, Chief Income tax commissioner,
Karnataka and Goa, Chief Speaker Mr. Mr Jayaprakash Hegde Owner ,KPL
Team Malnad Gladiator and Guest of honor Dr. A.K. Chand (Head Neuron
of St.John’s Hospital and Nihar Samantara, CEO IGNIS Technology
Solutions Pvt. Ltd. 20 teams comprising 300 players, many organizing
members and lots of dignitaries and many Bangaloreans (Odias and
Non-odias) have been invited to grace the occasion.
