With Vultures and eagles circling over head, Death dancing in front,
epidemics waiting to swallow the ones who may survive from flood
stroke, people are only waiting for someone to help them with a drop
of life. Please Look at the attachment. Flood in Orissa has ruined
31 lakh people. Drinking water, drain, toiletry and sewage waters
all have merged with the flood waters. Deadly poisonous Snakes and
other creatures floating and entering into the shelters made for
people, dead and rotten floating bodies of animals like cows, dogs,
pigs all entering along with flood water, live electric wire cutting
off the polls and falling on flood water killing everyone around.
Time is running out of hand. Once if flood resides back, epidemic
disease will take it's turn to kill the survivors. We must strike
back our help before that. All we need is to just lend a few of our
old clothes and some funding to buy them food to
survive and medicines to help them fight against epidemic diseases.

helporissatoday@gmail.com CCing the email Id of the
volunteer whom you paid. Please mention the amount you contributed
with date. This will help us track the revenue flow.
Please donate your Old clothes to the flood victims as
relief. Please put them in a cover, with a small sympathy note on
paper ( Please write in Oriya only as they are village people and
may not understand other languages. Please write the heading
“Hardika Samabedana” in oriya ). Please drop these packets at

circle, HSR Lay out ( Please call Siba Ram Baral before coming to
drop your relief at temple ), Vishal hotel

We are desperately looking for Corporate focal to be centre point of
contact for their own companies to collect for flood relief. We will
meet in the evening for next 3 days to gather all the collections.
We are also looking for people to help us as area wise focal who can
be representatives to collect from that particular area. Please help
us. Let’s all come together to one platform, join hands, align with
ideas to help Orissa flood victims. Please come forward, share your
ideas, muscle power and time. let’s implement strategies and bounce
back a massive blow of help to the grim at our motherland.
