Please read the following note carefully before fetching referral detail from the list :
IT Professionals who have contributed to the club of employee reference are
absolutely not responsible for any issues arising due to false candidature,
manipulated or malfunctioned or any information impurity of the candidates and hence can't be
blamed for any such incidents by any such agency or recruiter. As it's practically impossible
to verify the truth behind someone's career and personal details before
referring him, I request all referral users to be genuine and honest while applying for job as
any noncompliance or issue may unnecessarily drag the referrer in to
questioners.
But of course this doesn’t mean
employees should stop referring job seekers. It's our duty to provide a candidate
with an opportunity to serve an organization and this ends our part of
responsibility. This puts the ball in HR's court. To find out the integrity of the candidature is their job. We are no more responsible for any kind of
malfunctioning beyond this point. Let's all agree upon this. Again if some one's candidature
or eligibility is found contaminated, then of course the referrer always has a
justified resolution. He can always say that . that this guy met him casually
and upon knowing that I am from so and so company asked about
my referral. That's all .
Regarding the referrer’s
contact details, let me restrict it to myself with an open option of providing
it to individual candidates on request and after approval from the employee. Referring to my last
10 plus
years of expertise across MNCs, I have never come across any incident where in
the Referrer been cross questioned incase of candidate's information found
contaminated. Once the HRs are not satisfied with the candidature they have all
privileges to reject the application and freeze the recruitment concept then and
there it self. that's all .rather than running behind the employee who referred
the candidate.
